I don't know if that's important but it seemed weird to me. Now it's C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\. It was something like C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat\. Now what's really weird is, as I read in some other guide, that the file path of my installation was wrong/different. Erase and reinstall Acrobat Reader using Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool through this link: as the link in th guide is not working. Disabeling protected mode through the registry editor. And if that doesn't work either it recommends the compatibility troubleshooter. Unfortunately it's in german so guess I should recap the steps.ġ. Although I'm not sure what caused the crash. I think you can mark this as solved as I was able to fix the issue by myself.
